To our experience of years of nurturing young people through a fun and adventure we now have added a new leadership theme. We are the only leadership development program in East Africa with trainers certified in the Blanchard Foundation’s “Self Leadership for Students” program. This program gives young people an understanding of effective leadership principles and empowers them to become confident and responsible servant leaders within their communities and among their peers. We can deliver this training in a school situation or through a camp format.

This product is created to help prefects learn the fundamental principles of leadership and enhance already existing leadership skills provide tools to bridge the gap between prefects and the rest of the student body as well as between prefects and the administration.

Ever wonder how to select the next bunch of leaders in your institution? Camp DT is the place to bring all your potential leaders. The students are taken through a number of challenges that are both intellectual and physical which helps determine who is suited and who is not. We give emphasis to interpersonal growth and dynamics and help students learn how to be self sufficient and good team players.

This is a mix of the high and low challenge course we have at Malewa.

This program is made for the kids in society who are disadvantaged. We realize that they also have leadership potential and so we use adventure and fun as tools to engage them in the leadership journey.
